How long does my carpet take to dry?

      Most carpets will be dry between 2 to 6 hours as they are only left slightly damp when we leave.

Do I have to move my furniture?

       We ask if you can move as much as possible, we are unable to move  items such as tvs beds wardrobes,sofes etc if you are unable to move items out of room we will  clean around

Can you remove the stains / Odour ?

     We do our best to attempt to remove any stains / odours  in with the price of the clean if it's possible for it to come out we will get it out!  but there is no guarantee of complete removal, all stains / odours are different but we will advise when we are on site before any work is carried out.

What to expect when we arrive?

        Please accommodate for our van on your drive or outside your house,

please inform us of any parking restrictions or if were unable to park near by and lastly if you live in an apartment or flat.

All our team will be wearing MVS uniform,

we will start off by taking pictures of the areas that are being cleaned, and inspect carpet or upholstery before any work is carried out,

We carry out a 3 stage deep clean process 1st we spray all carpet / upholstery with our cleaning solution 2nd we will use a CRB machine which agitates all your carpet and gets the solution working (upholstery will be using hand agitation) and finally we carry out a steam clean to remove all the dirt from the carpet / upholstery.

Cancellation policy.

       Any cancellations need to be done atleast 24 hours prior to appointment or there will be a £20 fee. we understand that things do come up last minute and we will work with you to help resolve this.
